Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support ongoing transformation projects in Singapore. The role focuses on quotation analysis, cross-functional planning, and driving cost-saving initiatives within EMS environments.

As the main liaison for project milestones, you will coordinate with multiple teams to optimize supply chain performance, lead time, and supplier negotiations. East Singapore location with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quotation management, including quotation analysis and categorization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for planning and executing Supply Chain initiatives.
• Pursue cost-saving and value engineering opportunities across customer accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for project milestones and Supply Chain improvements.
• Oversee ECN implementation and tracking to ensure timely completion.

Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East (Company Transport Provided)

Responsibilities

• Lead quotation management, including quotation analysis, consolidation and commodity classification.
• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing Supply Chain initiatives, including lead time reduction, improvement of payment and delivery terms, contractual negotiations, and agreements on SMI/VMI/JIT arrangements.
• Drive cost-saving and product redesign initiatives across assigned customer accounts, including alternative sourcing, Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE), and price benchmarking.
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers on project milestones and Supply Chain improvement initiatives.
• Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation, tracking and execution to ensure timely completion.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience working in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry
