RecruitPedia Pte Ltd's client, a leading player in the Contract Manufacturing sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Procurement team in Singapore East. You will lead ECOs for new and existing products and drive transformation projects aimed at strengthening process reliability and manufacturing efficiency.

You will create and maintain mFlow, PCP, PFMEA, and WI documentation; raise ECRs when needed; and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Planning,

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience using manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, and CAPA.

• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for both new and existing products, ensuring proper documentation and implementation.
• Create, update, and maintain mFlow, Process Control Plans (PCP), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Work Instructions (WI).
• Initiate and raise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) when necessary.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process reliability.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, BDG, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure smooth engineering and manufacturing operations.
