Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd client in Singapore seeks a Data Analyst (Manufacturing) to drive data-driven decisions across manufacturing operations. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, build analytical solutions and deliver BI insights.

You will extract data from ERP, perform cleansing and modeling, and design Power BI dashboards to monitor performance, automate reports, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence or business data analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management environment will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling.
• Proficient in SQL, relational databases, data extraction and data transformation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Extract, consolidate and integrate data from ERP systems, databases, Excel and other apps.
• Cleanse, validate, transform and reconcile data for accuracy and reliability.

Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Data Analyst (Manufacturing) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East (Company Transport Provided)

Responsibilities ofData Analyst :

Business Requirements & Data Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify data-related challenges and translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.

Data Extraction & Integration

• Extract, consolidate and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, Excel worksheets and other business applications.

Data Management & Quality Control

• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical models and management reports to provide actionable insights and improve business visibility.

Reporting Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks, streamline manual data processing and enhance overall reporting efficiency.

Business Insights & Recommendations

• Analyse business and operational trends, identify performance gaps and root causes, and provide data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement.
