Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management.
• Experience in semiconductor process equipment manufacturing would be an advantage.

Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Program Manager to be part of their Procurement team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities ofProgram Manager:

• Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sustainable business growth.

• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets for assigned Strategic Business Units.

• Evaluate new business opportunities and project requirements to ensure alignment with the company’s technical capabilities, competencies, and strategic business objectives.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members by establishing clear strategies, policies, and processes to support team development and performance.

• Lead and coordinate the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, sales order fulfilment, engineering change control, cost reduction initiatives, and on-time delivery performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and business objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering, or project management, preferably within the contract manufacturing industry.

• Experience in the semiconductor process equipment manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
