Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Analyst (Manufacturing) to support ongoing transformation projects. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and improve manufacturing visibility.

You will lead data extraction from ERP systems, build Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and automate reporting to boost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI or business data analysis.
• Hands-on Power BI experience including Power Query, DAX and data modelling; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into analytical solutions.
• Extract, consolidate and integrate data from ERP systems, databases and Excel.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation and reconciliation.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency.

Our client is one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Data Analyst (Manufacturing) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East (Company Transport Provided)

Responsibilities of Data Analyst

• Business Requirements & Data Analysis
  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify data-related challenges and translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.
• Data Extraction & Integration
  Extract, consolidate and integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, databases, Excel worksheets and other business applications.
• Data Management & Quality Control
  Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development
  Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytical models and management reports to provide actionable insights and improve business visibility.
• Reporting Automation & Process Improvement
  Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks, streamline manual data processing and enhance overall reporting efficiency.
• Business Insights & Recommendations
  Analyse business and operational trends, identify performance gaps and root causes, and provide data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence or business data analysis.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management environment will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling
• Proficient in SQL , relational databases, data extraction and data transformation.
