Job Title: Products Manager (China Factory – Singapore Market)
Job Scope:
1. Product Coordination & Management
- Act as the main bridge between the China factory and the Singapore sales/marketing team.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of products — from development, production, packaging, to market readiness.
- Ensure all products meet the quality, compliance, and regulatory standards for export to Singapore and Southeast Asia.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Maintain daily communication with the China production team on order status, product changes, and timelines.
- Translate market feedback from Singapore sales team into clear product requirements and improvements for the factory.
- Coordinate product samples, revisions, and final approvals.
3. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to ensure timely supply to Singapore.
- Work with logistics to manage shipping timelines, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Forecast product demand based on sales reports and upcoming promotions.
4. Quality Control & Issue Resolution
- Oversee product quality assurance processes in coordination with factory QC team.
- Handle any product-related issues such as defects, delays, or customer complaints.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
5. Market & Product Development Support
- Collaborate with Singapore sales and marketing teams to identify new product needs and market trends.
- Provide input for packaging design, labeling, and product branding to suit local preferences.
- Support in launching new products with proper coordination between China and Singapore teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of supply chain, production, and product development.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with manufacturers/factories, preferably in China.
- Familiar with import/export procedures and product compliance in Singapore.
