Job summary

HAVE FUN YISHUN PTE. LTD. is hiring an Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate front and back of house, and lead a team to deliver consistent service.

You will ensure food safety, manage inventory, supervise opening/closing duties, and support promotional activities while maintaining SOPs and high standards across the outlet in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily outlet operations.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team.
• Knowledge of SOPs and food hygiene guidelines.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate daily operations of Front and Back of House when needed.
• Assist in leading and managing a team of employees.
• Ensure smooth progress of promotional and marketing activities.
• Ensure employees comply with safety, hygiene guidelines and SOPs.
• Assist in orientation for new employees.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Track inventory, forecast demand for food, supplies and equipment.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.
• Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.
• Prepare a weekly duty roster.
• Brief employees before shifts and handover after shifts.
• Check rooms and equipment before/after shifts.
• Maintain inventory/asset records and documentation.
• Assist Manager in follow-up and oversee renovation works.
• Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

• 8.Assist in tracking food, supply and equipment levels, forecast demand.
• 9.Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.
• 10. Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.
• 11. Prepare a weekly duty roster accordingly.
• 12. Brief employees before duty starts and ensure proper handover after the shift has ended.
• 13. Check the rooms before/after shifts to ensure they are clean, and the equipment is working
• 14. Administrate and maintain inventory/asset records and documentation
• 15. Assist Manager in follow up and overseerenovation works
