Job summary

7-24 ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Outlet Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate front/back-of-house activities. You will lead a team, ensure safety and SOP compliance, support promotional events, and monitor inventory and equipment to maintain service quality.

As a key link between staff and management, you will brief teams, schedule duties, inspect outlets, resolve guest concerns quickly, and assist in renovations and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate the daily operations of the Frontend Back of the House when necessary.
• Assist in leading and managing a team of employees.
• Ensure the smooth progress of promotional and marketing activities.
• Ensure that all employees comply with workplace safety, food hygiene guidelines and the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in orientation program for new employees.
• Able to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Assist in tracking food, supply and equipment levels, forecast demand.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage.
• Conduct regular inspections of the outlet.
• Prepare a weekly duty roster accordingly.
• Brief employees before duty starts and ensure proper handover after the shift has ended.
• Check the rooms before/after shifts to ensure they are clean, and the equipment is working
• Administrate and maintain inventory/asset records and documentation
• Assist Manager in follow up and oversee renovation works
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
