Job summary

NT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Singapore outlet. You will lead day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver consistent service and quality.

Responsibilities include managing staff performance and morale, planning monthly rotating menus with the Chef, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and submitting weekly reports to the supervisor. You will also handle staff records and coordinate with HR as needed.

• Plan and execute monthly rotating menus and special promotions with the Chef.
• Ensure all food quality and wholesome standards are maintained.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across the outlet.
• Submit weekly and monthly status reports to the immediate superior.
• Administer and maintain staff records and coordinate HR on staff movements.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
