Job summary

SIN HONG YUN PTE. LTD. is seeking an operations coordinator to manage 2-3 outlets and ensure seamless on-site execution. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize events and meals while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with housing management and student representatives, preparing reports, and driving continuous service quality improvements across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• In charge of 2-3 outlets
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth on-site coordination
• Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency
• Handle and resolve feedback
• Prepare reports and manage month end closing
• Coordinate and work with stakeholders
• Organize special meals for festivals, events, and themed activities
• Coordinate with housing management and student representatives
• Conduct cleaning and safety checks in collaboration with hygiene auditors
• Upload daily menus to designated portals in a timely manner
• Arrange and follow up on maintenance and repair works
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and standards
• Handle any food safety issues immediately and report to management
