This role supports the Manager in overseeing daily site operations, with a focus on safety, progress, and coordination across all activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of assigned works.
• Coordinate and supervise all works carried out on site.
• Supervise construction workers.
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedures.
• Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instructions.
• Attend any on-site meetings.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements and targeted dates.
• Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively to keep progress on track.
• Ensure all works, workers, and contractors adhere to all safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
