Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, student services, education, training administration, hospitality or related service environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with learners, trainers and corporate clients to deliver a smooth learning experience.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational delivery of training programs and support classrooms.
• Manage centre operations and logistics to ensure training venues and resources are ready and well maintained.
