Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Centre.
• Liaising with tutors, parents and students.
• Provide quality customer service through understanding of customers’ queries and needs.
• Ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed and resolved.
• Ensure that resources, stationery and merchandise are well stocked.
• Monitor and escalate urgent issues to management.
• Counter sales of tuition packages.
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities at branch.
• Communicate with parents on new tuition schedules.
• Administer daily and monthly reports.
• Prepare for new academic year and semesters.
