Job summary

You will advise learners on suitable programmes, develop corporate training opportunities, and build relations with employers and industry partners. This client-facing role combines sales performance with stakeholder engagement, requiring excellent pipeline management, consultative selling, and the ability to work with HR and business leaders

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and business development.
• Proven ability to manage leads and sales pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend courses, programme bundles and certifications.
• Conduct consultative conversations and provide guidance on programmes, funding and career pathways.
• Manage enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through enrolment.
• Maintain accurate learner and sales records; achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new corporate training opportunities and accounts; manage full sales cycle.
