Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a candidate to onboard new parents to our community and support student programmes. You will share the Centre's vision and suggest suitable programs for learners, while assisting customer success initiatives like special programmes or events.

You will maintain strong parent relationships, plan lead generation events with partners, and collaborate with the teaching team to support conversions. Training provided; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Some educational background (tutoring/learning centres) is a plus.
• Good with children/teens; able to build a community with learners & parents.
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am–6pm; holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes, competitions, or events
• Maintain customer relationships and act as parents' advocate
• Plan lead generation events with partners like Parent Sharings and trial classes
• Work with teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Handle general administrative duties and data entry
• Ensure customer information is documented in the CRM system
• Track progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
