Job summary

AGrader Learning Centre in Singapore seeks a dependable, people‑oriented individual to take on operational responsibility and grow into managing a centre. You will undergo structured onboarding before progressively taking full ownership of your assigned branch, handling enrolment, scheduling, documentation, and fee processing.

You will coordinate a small part‑time team, answer parent enquiries across channels, and engage with students and families daily.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in any discipline, no prior experience required.
• Follows through on tasks without reminders.
• Clear communication and composure when handling parent concerns or operational issues.
• Comfortable working with children and families daily.
• Takes initiative to fix problems and lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations of your branch including enrolment, scheduling, documentation and fee collection.
• Address enquiries from parents about programmes, schedules and fees via walk-in, phone, and messaging.
• Serve as main contact for teachers and HQ on centre matters.
• Coordinate a small team of part-time staff to ensure on-time operations.
• Own a sub-role such as tracking student retention or managing programme rollouts.
• Engage with students and parents professionally at every touchpoint.
