Job summary

REPS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated customer service/operations assistant to support learners at our Singapore training centre. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and assist with enrolment and learning journeys.

Coordinate classroom setup, attendance, materials and equipment, and help trainers before, during and after sessions. The role requires a 5-day week with weekend roster and strong organisation skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, student services, education, training administration or related service environment.
• Experience in education, training or professional learning environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for learner enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide timely support to learners throughout enrolment and learning journey.
• Assist learners with programme information, schedules, attendance, course requirements and admin matters.
• Handle learner feedback and service issues, aiming for timely resolution.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional experience for learners and visitors at the training centre.
