Talents@Work Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Centre Operations Associate to support daily centre operations, including client registration, attendance, payments, and record management.

You will handle enquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate with parents, assist in preparing teaching materials, maintain clean and orderly facilities, and ensure accurate reporting to HQ.

Responsibilities

• Support daily centre operations, including client registration, attendance, payments, and record management.
• Handle enquiries, calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing teaching/therapy materials and support classes when required.
• Maintain centre organisation, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and accurate reporting.
• Build strong relationships with parents, manage feedback, and conduct centre tours.
• Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and coordination, including support for interns.
• Prepare financial reports, invoices, and assist with regular submissions to HQ/ECDA.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
