Working Days: 5-day work week, including weekends (rostered according to operational requirements) Location: Singapore
You will be a key point of contact between learners, trainers, corporate clients and internal teams, ensuring that programmes are delivered smoothly and that learners receive a professional, responsive and positive experience from enrolment through course completion.
The role combines learner support, centre operations, training administration, classroom support and service coordination. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities and operating in a fast-paced training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Learner & Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for learner enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp.
- Provide timely and professional support to learners throughout their enrolment and learning journey.
- Assist learners with programme information, schedules, attendance, course requirements, administrative matters and general enquiries.
- Handle learner feedback, concerns and service issues professionally and work towards timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming and professional experience for learners and visitors at the training centre.
- 2. Training & Classroom Operations
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of training programmes.
- Support trainers before, during and after training sessions to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Assist with classroom setup, learner registration, attendance taking, materials and training equipment.
- Ensure classrooms, facilities and learning resources are properly prepared and maintained.
- 4. Centre Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate training materials, classroom resources, facilities and other operational requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers where required.
- Conduct operational checks to ensure training venues are ready before programmes commence.
- Support the smooth running of daily training centre operations.
- Escalate operational issues promptly and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, student services, education, training administration, hospitality or a related service environment.
- Experience in an education, training or professional learning environment will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on weekends and rostered shifts.
