Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder and above.
• Preferably 4 years & above of relevant experience in HR related fields like HR planning, HR business partnering.
• Possess good organisational, coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation and management of initiatives at Group Level in partnership with institutions.
• Collaborate with the team to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects relating to strategic workforce planning.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation relating to strategic workforce planning projects.
