Job summary

Care Corner is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager (AAYS Programme Lead) to oversee the AAYS Scheme. You will plan, implement and monitor activities, ensuring efficient operations and service excellence.

You will also manage budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement across government, corporate, and community partners. You will lead volunteer management and engagement efforts, strengthen the Volunteer Management Framework, and drive continuous improvements in processes and user

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management or volunteer management.
Experience leading and supervising teams (3+ years).
Strong coordination, governance, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme.
Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery with high standards.
Manage budgets, procurement and financial reporting.
Oversee administration and improvements of CAS Web & Mobile App and Volunteer Management System.
Engage with government agencies, law enforcement and community partners.
Drive organisation-wide volunteer initiatives and engagement strategies.
Analyse performance data to inform decisions and plan improvements.
