Job summary

Society for the Aged Sick is seeking an Executive, Corporate and Community Relations to manage volunteer programmes and support fundraising and stakeholder engagement within the home.

You will coordinate residents' events, maintain donor records with careful administration, and liaise with schools, community groups, and partners to expand impact.

This role requires at least two years in admin, events, or volunteer work, strong English, and comfort with data entry and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in admin coordination, event management, or volunteer management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or donor management software.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin or local dialects helpful for resident communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor administration: update CRM, issue receipts, ensure data accuracy.
• Support fundraising campaigns and donation handling, including digital campaigns and donation terminals.
• Draft thank-you letters and basic promotional materials; handle public fundraising inquiries.
