Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager (AAYS Programme Lead) to oversee planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational readiness.

You will lead budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement with government agencies and community partners, while strengthening volunteer management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in programme management or volunteer management.
• At least 3 years of direct experience leading and supervising teams.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong programme and operational management skills, including budgets, governance and risk management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management across sectors.
• Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAYS Scheme.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet high service delivery standards and readiness.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, procurement and reporting to ensure prudent stewardship.
• Manage the CAS Web/Mobile App and Volunteer Management System aligned with programme needs.
• Conduct audits, governance reviews and risk management in line with policies and funding.
• Collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement and community partners for programme delivery.
• Drive organisation-wide volunteer management and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor performance data to inform decision-making and planning.
