Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager to lead the design and delivery of a centralized volunteer management ecosystem supporting hospital and community health programmes.

You will drive data accuracy, analytics, dashboards, and operations, coordinating stakeholders to deploy safe, scalable volunteer solutions across about 15 programmes and ~2,000 volunteers annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Data/Analytics, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
• Experience working with data, reporting, dashboards, or MIS.
• Experience in driving digital transformation efforts.
• Programme or project management experience, preferably within healthcare or population health settings.
• Experience in volunteer management or community programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a centralised volunteer management and tracking system across programmes.
• Drive digital transformation to increase productivity and automate processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across datasets.
• Develop dashboards and reports on volunteer pipeline, deployment, retention, churn and attrition.
• Analyse trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support planning and scaling of hospital and community programmes through system and data enablement.
• Coordinate stakeholders on roles, timelines, and deliverables and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and policies.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
