Qualifications

• Understanding of Singapore government security requirements and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated primary technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and management.
• Bridge communication between customer, partners, and internal support teams.
• Coordinate and lead complex technical discussions, service reviews, and escalations.
