Job summary

CWS - Cornerstone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity) in Singapore for a 12-month contract. You will serve as the primary technical advisor, guiding on enterprise security solutions and acting as the escalation point for the customer.

You will work with customer stakeholders, partners, and support teams to deliver proactive guidance, manage escalations, and drive outcomes through technical leadership in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, Professional Services, or Senior Technical Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, SIEM, and Enterprise Security Platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and complex technical escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Technical Account Manager and primary technical point of contact for the customer.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams, management, and key stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support and strategic guidance for enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Act as the bridge between the customer, partners, and internal support teams.
• Lead technical discussions, service reviews, and operational meetings.
• Coordinate and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Identify risks, recommend improvements, and help maintain a strong security posture.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer's environment, security requirements, and operational objectives.
• Monitor service performance and ensure support commitments are met.
• Prepare technical and executive-level reports, updates, and recommendations.
