Trend Micro is seeking a Strategic Account Manager in Singapore to lead government accounts, drive quota attainment, and collaborate with partners and SIs to deliver cybersecurity solutions. You will engage senior stakeholders, navigate tenders, and manage forecasts with cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive experience in government IT/security sales, strong relationship-building with C-level executives, and a deep understanding of public-sector cybersecurity needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management experience selling into Singapore government ministries or similar regulated environments.
• Experience navigating government procurement processes, tenders/RFP cycles, and security clearances.
• Ability to engage at senior/director and C-level levels within government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the account lead for assigned government accounts, delivering value propositions.
• Work with agency stakeholders to identify needs, priorities, and cybersecurity goals, acting as trusted adviser.
• Navigate GeBIZ tenders and government procurement processes while ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Provide backup support to client teams as needed.
• Be the go-to person internally for the government account portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agency goals with sales plans.
• Proactively engage government customers to drive opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of the public cybersecurity landscape and regulatory posture.
• Document and maintain relevant information in Salesforce.
