Job summary

AWS Singapore Private Limited seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own architectural guidance, operational strategy, and proactive support for a portfolio of enterprise customers across global regions. You will coordinate with customers, Solutions Architects, and service teams to improve resilience, cost planning, and measurable outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end relationships, assess environments for risks, and drive proactive delivery in a 24x7 enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, advising on cloud architecture, operational strategy, and launch readiness across global AWS regions.
• Assess customer environments for architectural risks and scaling constraints, then build actionable plans that maintain business continuity for workloads with 24/7 uptime requirements and unpredictable demand patterns.
• Collaborate with account teams, Solutions Architects, and AWS service teams for compute, database, container, and networking services to resolve complex issues and drive product improvements informed by real customer patterns.
• Analyze operational metrics and deliver periodic performance reviews to customer leadership, translating data into clear recommendations that strengthen security posture, cost efficiency, and system reliability.
• Contribute to the team's shared knowledge base, standard operating procedures, and reusable automation, and mentor fellow Technical Account Managers to raise the collective capability of the group.
