Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (HR, analytics, etc.) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a clear talent mobility framework.
• Develop and manage an L&D framework tailored to technical professionals.
• Lead all talent development programs and engage stakeholders.
