Job summary

A leading software solutions company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on developing and executing sales strategies for their commercial system software. The successful applicant will manage multiple projects, work closely with stakeholders, and require proven experience in software sales, preferably related to IT solutions or SaaS. Key qualifications include strong product management and understanding of HR/workforce software. This role promises a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or workforce management systems.
  • Strong product management experience or background, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent understanding of casual labour management systems or HR/workforce software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Responsible for the tender/RFQ/RFP and support throughout project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from project planning to deployment.
  • Gather technical requirements and collaborate with the product team.
  • Translate client requirements into product customization specifications.
  • Drive the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept demonstrations.
