Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking a Senior Services Account Manager to drive growth by unlocking the full potential of our installed base. You will promote a comprehensive Services portfolio—from consulting to modernization—and build lasting customer partnerships.

You will sell turnkey field service projects, maintain high-level relationships with technical leaders, and demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Technical Sales in O&G with a total of 8 years in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Electrical Distribution, Protection, and Power Quality.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on lifecycle management of assets, application advantages, and best practices from other accounts.
• Creates Service proposals and closes them facing the customer, developing a consistent Annual Account plan.
• Initiates contact, develops relationships, and generates demand for customers in hunting zones.
• Educates customers on SE products and services with focus on pain points and closing key contracts.
• Cross selling of Service portfolio – Power, Secure Power, Industry, Digital Energy.
• Provides detailed weekly Order & Sales forecasts using Salesforce.com/BFO and summarizes in a timely manner.
