Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Services Account Manager to drive growth within our installed base. You will promote a full services portfolio—from consulting to modernization—while building lasting customer partnerships and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

You will create demand for field services, sell turnkey projects, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Technical Sales experience in O&G industry with 8+ years in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Electrical Distribution/Protection/Power Quality is required.
• Experience in Services and Recurring Maintenance Contracts is a differentiator.
• Account management and cold calling skills are needed.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on lifecycle management of assets, advantages, and best practices.
• Create and close service proposals; develop annual account plans with KAM.
• Develop relationships, generate demand, and close major service deals.
• Cross-sell service portfolios: Power, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industry.
• Maintain orders and delivery oversight; provide weekly forecasts and tender input.
• Engage in industry events to identify opportunities and build customer intimacy.
