Job summary

OpenText is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a global team in Singapore. You will attract, qualify, and nurture prospects, collaborating with Sales and Solution Consultants to drive pipeline and revenue through outbound and inbound activities.

You will use Salesforce and research tools to target accounts, build relationships, and move opportunities through the early stages. A quota-driven, fast-paced environment offers onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to meet activity and performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with prospects.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target accounts.
• Inbound lead development: follow up and qualify inbound leads and pass to Sales.
• Opportunity progression: support early-stage opportunities and maintain engagement with prospects.
• Prospecting activity: build client relationships across multiple channels and keep data updated.
