Job summary

CSG SOFTWARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting, generate qualified leads, and grow the sales pipeline in Singapore.

You will handle outbound calls, set appointments, and coordinate product demonstrations, while tracking activities in MS Dynamics CRM. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• 1 year or less experience welcome to apply.
• Sales experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, appointment setting and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups and tracking.
• Update CRM with customer interactions, activities and next actions.
• Aim to achieve KPI targets for outbound calls, appointments and pipeline value.
