Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential development and investment opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial feasibility studies and market assessments.
• Prepare market study reports for internal presentation.
• Conduct ongoing market research on pricing and trends.
• Prepare benchmarking reports and presentation materials.
• Maintain an active database of transactions and investment leads.
• Support corporate reporting by preparing investment updates.
• Conduct and review valuation for existing investments.
