Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, from planning through successful completion, and to drive customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

You will define project scope, timelines and deliverables, coordinate Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Business Development, provide status updates, and contribute to NPI, product transfer and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Product Management experience.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, NPI, product transfer or technology transfer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers and internal projects from planning through successful completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
• Provide regular project status updates and drive issue resolution.
• Support RFQ activities, quotation preparation, pricing strategies, and lead-time commitments.
• Drive NPI, FAT, product transfer, and technology transfer activities.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecast achievement.
• Support cost reduction programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in customer meetings and business reviews.
• Conduct project closeout reviews and capture lessons learned.
