Job summary

You will ensure customer timelines are met, manage risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes while building robust project management structures for long-term success.

You will collaborate with engineering and tooling teams on DFM and feasibility, interface with customers on requirements and approvals, and drive continuous improvement across projects

Qualifications

• Experience managing NPI projects in manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of plastic injection moulding or tooling.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from concept to mass manufacturing.
• Ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality targets.
