VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager, NPI to lead new product introductions from concept to market.

You will drive cross-functional execution, align with strategic goals, and ensure milestones, quality, and budget targets are met through structured PM practices. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage risks, and oversee transitions from development to RV4, enabling smooth handovers and compliant execution of SOW requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (PM, engineering, business administration).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a delivery track record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead transition of new projects from development to RV4 phase, meeting milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resources.
Interface with customers for technical and operational communications.
Manage end-to-end execution per SOW and ensure quality standards.
Oversee Product Generation Process (PGP) and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate documentation and stakeholder alignment for handover.
