Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD.'s client in Singapore seeks an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects from customer requirements to production launch, based in Senoko.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep milestones, manage budgets, risks, and ensure smooth transfer to production with focus on quality and continuous improvement. • 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with NPI or manufacturing project experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
