Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a seasoned Head of NPI Engineering and Project Management to lead the NPI engineering and project management function, defining strategies and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, planning and customer support.

This role drives budgets, risks and KPIs, champions process improvements, and secures successful qualification and a smooth transition from NPI to high-volume manufacturing,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with parts and assembly and NPI exposure.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in program management.
• Strong leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams in global environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the NPI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage NPI engineering and project management teams.
• Oversee end-to-end NPI project delivery on-time, in-scope and within-budget.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and customer support.
• Establish governance: timelines, milestones, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data and KPIs; manage budgets and risk.
