Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Management Executive to support customer projects, NPI and product launches through mass production. You will coordinate schedules, requirements and manufacturing activities in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, coordinating with customers, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering, and handling project costing, documentation and lifecycle activities from NPI to EOL.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support customer projects, NPI activities and new product launches within the manufacturing environment.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items to ensure timely completion.
Work closely with customers, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and other internal teams on project requirements and issues.
Support project costing activities including quotation, NRE costs and product-related cost tracking.
Coordinate manufacturing and supply chain activities to support smooth project execution and production readiness.
Monitor project progress and highlight potential delays, risks or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Prepare project updates, reports and documentation for customers and management.
Support customer requirements and follow up on project-related enquiries and commitments.
Assist with product lifecycle activities including NPI, mass production and End-of-Life (EOL) coordination.
Support continuous improvement activities and other project-related tasks as assigned.
