Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD.'s client in Singapore seeks an NPI Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from customer requirements through transfer and production launch.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to production with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in semiconductor/electronics or contract manufacturing with NPI or transfer.
• Strong planning and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

NPI Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead NPI projects end-to-end — from initial customer requirements through development, transfer and production launch.

• Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track.

• Manage project timelines, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.

• Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly.

• Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience, ideally involving new product introduction or production transfer.

• Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
