SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD.'s client in Singapore seeks an NPI Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from customer requirements through transfer and production launch.
You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to production with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Our client has been operating in Singapore for close to 40 years, supporting leading high-tech OEMs in the semiconductor and analytical industries. Originally rooted insheet-metal and mechanical manufacturing, they have since progressively moved up the value chain into complex mechatronics and system assembly.
Today our client operates as a one-stop, vertically integrated contract manufacturing partner, delivering precision mechanical and mechatronic assemblies for semiconductor and medical equipment.

Lead NPI projects end-to-end — from initial customer requirements through development, transfer and production launch.
Drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks and budgets, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.
Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly.
Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience, ideally involving new product introduction or production transfer.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
