Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD.'s client in Singapore seeks an NPI Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from customer requirements through transfer and production launch.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to keep projects on track, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to production with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in semiconductor/electronics or contract manufacturing with NPI or transfer.
• Strong planning and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects end-to-end from requirements to production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks and budgets to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to align and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure smooth production transition while driving quality and continuous improvement.
