Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs from product transfer through high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and customer communication.

A fast-growing advanced manufacturing company is looking for a senior leader to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), product industrialization, and project execution across complex precision engineering and mechatronics programs.

With major business expansion and global product transfers into Singapore, this role will play a key part in scaling operations and supporting multinational customers within the semiconductor and high-tech equipment industries.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end NPI programs from product transfer through high-volume manufacturing
• Drive project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and customer communication
• Build and lead high-performing NPI engineering and project management teams
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Support RFQ, costing, manufacturing readiness, and operational scale-up initiatives
• Strengthen NPI processes, governance, and continuous improvement practices

The Talent

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience within precision engineering, semiconductor, mechatronics, or advanced manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership experience in NPI, program management, or engineering management
• Proven track record managing complex product transfers and manufacturing scale-up projects
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience in global environments
• Familiarity with PMP, Agile, or Stage-Gate methodologies is advantageous
