Job summary

TD SYNNEX Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to drive revenue and profit for the vendor product groups. You will enable the sales team with marketing programs, sales training, and pre‑sales support while coordinating with partners and TD SYNNEX stakeholders.

You will manage vendor relationships, craft business plans, and lead initiatives to meet revenue targets. Strong leadership, market insight, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in IT distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Vendor product sales certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and self-starter mindset.
• Results oriented with sound business acumen.
• Ability to influence without direct control.
• Capacity to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Train and enable technical pre-sales and sales teams.
• Develop marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Lead joint initiatives with vendors and partners.
• Plan inventory, turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimisation.
