Job summary

Tech Data APAC is seeking a Product Manager in Singapore to drive revenue and profitability for assigned product groups. The role focuses on sales enablement, marketing programs, training, and vendor relationships to maximize return for TD SYNNEX and partners.

You will develop business plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure teams are equipped to meet vendor targets while maintaining high partner satisfaction. A bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Vendor product sales certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure technical sales support teams are trained for the product groups.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Create joint initiatives with vendors and partners.
• Plan inventory, including turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimisation.
• Execute plans to achieve vendor revenue targets and planned profits.
• Achieve revenue plans by brand and market segment.
• Coordinate functions within TD SYNNEX to deliver product plan outcomes.
• Maintain executive relationships with vendor partners at a high level.
• Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals and pipeline for remedial actions.
• Maintain vendor and partner satisfaction levels.
• Promote safety awareness within the team.
• Maintain an accurate product group pipeline.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Be an advocate for product groups in TD SYNNEX and with vendors.
• Lead and support sales teams in collaboration with Channels Director.
• Address underperformance promptly and constructively.
• Demonstrate leadership through actions for the broader organisation.
• Contribute to the commercial wellbeing and longevity of the business.
