Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to own product group revenue and maximize vendor partnerships. You will lead sales enablement, training programs and marketing initiatives to drive profitable growth across the TD SYNNEX and partner ecosystem.

The role requires 4–6 years in IT distribution, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and business acumen. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to optimize go‑to‑market plans and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT distribution experience and track record of delivering revenue.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Vendor product sales certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, self‑starter mindset and results focus.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure training for technical sales support teams across product groups.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to meet product objectives.
• Coordinate with TD SYNNEX functions to deliver product plans.
• Forecast and plan inventory, revenue and vendor commitments.
• Maintain executive relationships with vendor partners and drive initiatives.
