Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Product Manager responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets for vendor product groups through sales enablement, marketing programs, training, and strong vendor relationships.

You will lead business plans, develop sales enablement, train pre-sales teams, and coordinate with TD SYNNEX and partners to deliver product plans and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Vendor product sales certifications.
• Strong leadership attributes.
• Self-starter with results focus.
• Sound business acumen and ability to work with little direction.
• Capacity to lead vertical teams and influence outcomes without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Create business plans for vendor product groups and services.
• Develop and implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
• Ensure training for technical sales support teams.
• Develop and implement marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Create joint initiatives with vendor and business partners.
• Plan inventory turns, fulfillment and obsolescence minimisation.
• Execute business plans to meet vendor revenue targets and profit goals.
• Hit revenue plans by brand and market segment.
• Coordinate functions within TD SYNNEX to deliver product plan outcomes.
• Maintain high-level vendor relationships and proactive engagement.
• Keep knowledge of sales processes, proposals, and pipeline management.
• Ensure vendor and partner satisfaction remains high.
• Promote a safe working environment for the team.
• Maintain accurate product-group pipeline and performance data.
• Forecast and plan with vendors for product groups.
• Provide reports for commercial decision making.
• Be the advocate and leader for product groups within TD SYNNEX.
• Collaborate with Channels Sales Director on initiatives.
• Address underperformance promptly with constructive actions.
• Demonstrate leadership through behaviours to the wider org.
• Contribute to leadership for the commercial well-being of the business.
