Job summary

RIDIK Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Presales/Solution Architect to lead pre-sales activities, tenders, and bids, translating customer needs into integrated solutions spanning application, system, infrastructure and hardware.

The role requires hands-on experience with kiosks, biometric devices, RFID readers and other end devices, plus strong communication and stakeholder engagement across engineering, sales, and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise and solution architecture consulting
• Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware components
• Exposure to kiosks, self-service terminals, biometrics devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT or other end devices
• Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for detailed and high-level thinking
• Experience with AWS Cloud, network design, business analytics, security, and biometrics is a plus
• Hands-on experience with .NET development, C#, ASP.NET, Web Development; SQL Server; XML, SOAP; Exchange, AWS Products

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding client objectives and mapping requirements
• Design end-to-end integrated solutions across application, system, infrastructure, and hardware
• Prepare and deliver business-value proposals, presentations, and proofs-of-concept
• Propose technical solutions and estimate resources for proposed projects
• Articulate cost-benefit-risk trade-offs among alternative solutions
• Highlight impact of solutions on customer business goals
• Manage customer relationships by communicating architecture standards and resolving issues
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and hardware teams for feasibility
• Support business development with opportunity identification and proposals
• Identify opportunities to leverage solutions across engagements
• Track emerging technologies for applicability to goals
