Job summary

ERP21 PTE LTD is seeking a senior pre-sales and solutions architect to join a Government-facing team in Singapore. You will design end-to-end solutions spanning application, system, infrastructure and hardware, including kiosks and biometrics, to meet client objectives and proposals.

The role emphasizes strategic technology planning, architecture governance, and hands-on experience with AWS and security. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise and solution architecture consulting.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions spanning application, system, infrastructure and hardware-integrated environments.
• Exposure to kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT is a plus.
• Professional experience with n-tier architecture.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; able to work at detailed and conceptual levels.
• Experience with AWS Cloud, network design, security, and biometrics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by mapping client objectives and requirements.
• Design end-to-end integrated solutions for app, system, infrastructure, and hardware.
• Prepare business value proposals and conduct proofs-of-concept when needed.
• Oversee technology selection and resource estimation for proposals.
• Communicate architectural standards and manage customer relationships.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for proposals.
• Track emerging technologies and evaluate relevance to goals.
• Contribute ad-hoc duties as required.
